A successful career of more than 30 years in large Brazilian and multinational pulp, mining and food companies. He is working with Getulio Vargas Foundation as Business Administrator.

Extensive experience in designing and implementing organizational structures for Human Resources, as well as setting policies and practices for the area to meet business needs. • Human Resources generalist, experienced in working in complex structures, change processes and matrix situations, with a proven track record in delivering positive results to companies and investors. • Broad knowledge of the labor market, developing relationships at all company levels, providing support and guidance on Human Resources issues, leading teams and projects. • Leadership of projects and negotiations, including with trade unions on compensation and benefits, profit sharing, labor flexibility, labor cases, bonus schemes, management of strikes and negotiation of collective agreements with employees. • Development of projects such as: management of performance and compensation, outsourcing of the payroll, integration of ERPs and alignment of benefits and corporate policies. • Coordination of projects for industrial catering, shared services and security, with a focus on results and the mitigation of potential risks. • Support to projects and audits such as ISO9000 and 14000, OSHAS, WCA and FSSC22000. • Volunteer on community care and services programs.
