Biography

He holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Uberlândia (Uberlândia, MG, 2001). In 2004, she obtained a Master's Degree in Molecular Biology and in 2007, a PhD, both from the University of Brasilia, the latter with a sandwich period at the University of Wyoming (WY / USA). Also in 2007, she became a researcher at Embrapa Acre (CPAF-AC, Rio Branco / AC), where she developed researches related to brazil nuts and was responsible for the Laboratory of Morphogenesis and Molecular Biology. In 2009 he joined the Embrapa Western Amazonia research team (CPAA, Manaus / AM), where he remained until 2014. He developed research with oil palm and in 2011 he was postdoctoral researcher at the Center de Coopération Internationale en Recherche Agronomique pour le Développement (Cirad, Montpellier / France) for the project "Oil Palm Genome Project" (OPGP). She is currently working in Embrapa's Research and Development Department, where she works in the Coordination of Structuring and Management of Programming as a manager of Macroprograma 6's project portfolio, whose objective is to support sustainable development initiatives in family agriculture and traditional communities. Since 2015, is editor of the magazine Veterinary Research Brazilian (PVB) and the series published by Embrapa?
