Biography

Mr. Jerônimo Antunes has been a Professor of School of Business Administration and Accountancy of Sao Paulo University - FEA-USP since 1999. Mr. Antunes has been MBA Capital Market professor of FIPECAFI/FEA/USP since 2000, an MBA Internal Audit Professor since 2005, an MBA Internal Controls professor since 2007. He has been a Certified Public Accounting and Controllership Independent Consultant since 1977. He served as MBA Corporate Governance professor of Banco do Brasil - FIPECAFI/FEA/USP from 2004 to 2005 and a professor of Universidade Federal do Ceará from 2000 to 2005. He has been an Independent Director of Petrobras Distribuidora SA since July 2015. He has been a Director of Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras since May 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo since April 29, 2008. Mr. Antunes served as Director of Paranapanema S.A since October 26, 2016 until September 6, 2017. He served as a Director of IPECAFI from 2000 to 2007. He served as a board member and director of IBRACON from 1998 to 2006. He served as a Director of ANEFAC from 1994 to 2000. He has been an Associate of Antunes Auditores Associados since September 2002. Mr. Antunes holds Bachelor of Business Administration from Faculdade Sao Marcos in 1980, Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Universidade São Judas Tadeu in 1986, Master in Controllership and Accounting from the University of São Paulo - USP in 1998 and Doctor in Controllership and Accounting in 2005.
