Biography
He holds a degree in Literature from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1974), a master's degree in Literature from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1977) and a doctorate in Literature from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1998). He has experience in Literature, with emphasis on Portuguese Literature and Luso Africanas, working mainly on the following topics: literature, identity and history. A writer, he received several literary awards, among them the Jabuti. She is a full professor at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where she was a director of the Institute of Letters. Currently, she is Vice-Dean and Pro-Rector of Academic Coordination of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. (Text informed by the author)
