Biography
Mr. Breno Toledo Pires de Oliveira serves as the Investor Relations Officer and a Member of the Executive Board of Hypermarcas SA since September 27, 2011. Within the Company, he is a Member of the Ethics Committee. He began his career at Banco Bozano, Simonsen, in 1997, and since then has performed several roles in the financial area, including resource management and investment analysis. He joined the group in 2004 and began working at the Company in 2008 as Director of Financial Planning. Since then, he has participated in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, treasury and finance. He graduated in from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) and gained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
