Luciana Cavalheiro Fleischner

Biography

Ms. Luciana Cavalheiro Fleischner served as Business Planning Manager of Arisco since 1998. Ms. Fleischner began her career in 1996 as a Food Engineer at Arisco. In 1998, she joined Goldman Sachs & Co., as a Trainee in the mergers and acquisitions division. In 2000, she participated in the sale of Arisco to Bestfoods. She proceeded to work as a Product Manager at Bestfoods and, later, at Unilever. In 2002, she joined Monte Cristalina as a Financial Planning and Business Development Manager. She subsequently took charge of finance and treasury operations at Monte Cristalina, where she was responsible for managing and controlling financial activities. She has been a Director of Hypermarcas Industrial Ltda., since January 2, 2008. Ms. Fleischner holds a B.Sc. degree in food engineering from the Escola de Engenharia Mauá in 1999.
