  Mr. Paulo Sergio de Oliveira Diniz has been the Chief Financial Officer at CIMPOR - Cimentos De Portugal, SGPS, S.A. since August 18, 2015. Mr. de Oliveira Diniz has been Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at InterCement Brasil S.A. since July 1, 2015.
