  Mr. Ricardo Fonseca de Mendonça Lima has been the Chief Executive Officer of InterCement Participações S.A. of Cimpor Financial Operations B.V. since August 1, 2015. Mr. de Mendonça Lima serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CIMPOR - Cimentos De Portugal, SGPS, S.A. (alternate name, Cimentos De Portugal, SGPS, S.A.) and InterCement Brasil S.A. He serves as A Manager of Camargo Correa Cimentos de Luxemburgo S.r.l. and Caue Finance Limited. He has served as General Manager of InterCement Brasil, S.A. since 2008. He serves as Advisor of Instituto Camargo Corrêa (Brazil); Federação Interamericana de Fabricantes de Cimento – FICEM, in representation of Argentina (Argentina); and Câmara Portuguesa de Comércio – São Paulo (Brazil). He served as Operations Vice-President of InterCement (Brasil) from 2010 to 2012. He served as General Manager of Cimpor Portugal SGPS S.A. from 2012 to 2016 and from 2010 to 2013 and of Kandmad-Sociedade Gestora de Participa es Sociais from 2012 to 2014. He has been President of the Board of Directors at Loma Negra Compañía Industrial Argentina Sociedad Anónima since December 2016. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cimpor Portugal, SGPS, S.A. (Portugal); Cimentos de Moçambique, S.A. (Moçambique); and Holdtotal, S.A. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Loma Negra CIASA (Argentina) from 2008 to 2010; NPC - Cimpor (PTY) Limited (África do Su) since 2013; Cimpor - Indústria de Cimentos, S.A. (Portugal) from 2012 to 2016; Natal Portland Cement Company (Proprietary) Limited (África do Sul) from 2012 to 2013; Cimpor - Serviços de Apoio à Gestão de Empresas S.A. from 2012 to 2014; and Cimpor Trading e Inversiones, S.A. from 2012 to 2014. Mr. de Mendonça Lima received a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering in 1988 and a Master's degree in Metallurgic Engineering in 1993, both from Universidade de São Paulo. He also holds a Postgraduate diploma in Industrial Management from Universidade de São Paulo. He holds MBA in Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
