Júlio César Fonseca

Biography

Mr. Júlio César Fonseca has been Human Resources Officer at Investimentos e Participações em Infraestrutura S.A. since March 1, 2016 and serves as its Human Resources Officer. Mr. Fonseca has been an Executive Officer of TNL since August 2010. He has been People Management Director at Oi since December 2009. Mr. Fonseca served as an Executive Officer at Oi SA since April 2012. He served as a Member of the Executive Board at Tele Norte Leste Participacoes S.A. since August 26, 2010 and served as its Executive Officer. He served as the Human Resources Manager of Ferrovia Centro Atlantica S.A., from April 1997 to December 1999 and Companhia de Materiais Sulforosos Matsulfur S.A., from May 1995 to April 1997. He has worked as an executive officer at the following companies: Lafarge Cimentos (Matsulfur), Siderúrgica Mendes Junior and Grupo Pão de Açúcar. Mr. Fonseca has 33 years of experience working in the human resources areas of large Brazilian and multinational companies, directly managing people and teams. He serves as a Director of Dommo Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. He was a Member of Corporate Committee at Coari Participações SA (Coari Holding Co.). Mr. Fonseca holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of MInas Gerais (PUC-MG) and an Executive MBA in Business Management from the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC) in Minas Gerais in 2002 and also concluded the Advanced Management Program (PGA) in Corporate Management from INSEAD, France in 2005.
