Biography
Mr. Túlio Toledo Abi Saber serves as Toll Road Concessions Officer at Investimentos e Participações em Infraestrutura S.A. - INVEPAR since March 01, 2016. Mr. Saber serves as Member of Board of Executive Officer at Investimentos e Participações em Infraestrutura S.A. - INVEPAR. Mr. Saber joined Investimentos e Participações em Infraestrutura S.A. - INVEPAR in 2010 working as Executive Manager of Planning and Management Control, Executive Manager of Business Development, CEO of CART and CEO of Via 040. He served at the board of directors of CART, Bahia Norte, Litoral Norte and Via Rio as a board member. He has over 15 years of experience in the infrastructure sector and regulated businesses, having worked at Lucent Technologies, Actar Consulting, Brasil Telecom and GlobeNet where he acted as CFO. He received Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2002), Business Management Specialist from FIA/University of São Paulo (2003) and Master in Business Administration - MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (2009).
