Biography

Mr. Augusto Ribeiro Junior has been the Chief Financial & Investor Relations Officer and Member of Executive Board at Iochpe-Maxion S.A. since June 2016. Mr. Ribeiro joined Iochpe-Maxion in March 2016 as Financial Executive Officer. served as Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer and Member of Board of Executive Officers at BRF S.A. until February 2016. He served as Vice-President of Finance, Administration and Investor Relations and Chief Financial, Administration & Investor Relations Officer at BRF S.A. since December 19, 2013. Mr. Ribeiro was with BRF since 2008. He served as South America Comptrollership Manager and Kraft at Basf, where he also worked in the Planning & financial control area, the executive was with Unilever for 11 years, active in several areas including manufacturing, supply, corporate audit and business comptrollership. He served as controller of BRF and was actively involved in planning, coordination and administration processes intended to integrate best practices toward the consolidation of BRF. He served as Director of Planning and Control of Basf, he was responsible for planning, controlling and managing the area, which covers corporate, fiscal, IFRS, SOX, budget planning, investment analysis, joint venture-related and other matters. Mr. Ribeiro has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), where he also earned his master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has a post-graduate degree in Corporate Finance from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. He earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a specialization degree in Finance and Value Creation from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania.
