Dan Ioschpe

Biography

Mr. Dan Ioschpe served as the Chief Executive Officer of Iochpe-Maxion S.A. since 1998 until April 2014 and served as its President since 1998 until March 2014. Mr. Ioschpe joined Iochpe-Maxion SA in 1986, where he served several positions until June 1996. He served different positions and was responsible for New Business Development and took part of the implementation of Iochpe-Maxion Argentina and the Superintendency of the Farm Machinery Division. Since 1996, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of AGCO in Brazil and served as its President. In 1998, he returned to Iochpe-Maxion as the Director of General Operations. He served as the Chairman and Member of Management Board at Iochpe-Maxion S.A. Mr. Ioschpe serves as the Chairman of Iochpe-Maxion S.A. He has been an Independent Director of WEG S.A. since 2012. He serves as a Director of Profarma Distribuidora de Produtos Farmacêuticos S.A., and Cosan S.A. Indústria e Comércio. He has been Independent Director at Cosan Limited since 2015. He has been a Director of Iochpe-Maxion S.A. since April 10, 2015. He serves as a Member of the Board at Pulsar Invest, Private Equity Arm. Previously, he served as a Director of Iochpe-Maxion S.A. He served as an Independent Director of Largo Resources Ltd from December 14, 2011 to December 12, 2014. He holds an MBA Degree from Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College (EUA) and a BE and Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Mr. Ioschpe completed postgraduate courses in Marketing at Advertising and Marketing Superior School (ESPM) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
