Biography

Mr. Marcos S. de Oliveira has been the Chief Executive Officer of Iochpe-Maxion S.A. since 2014 and has been its Member of Executive Board since April 29, 2015. Mr. De Oliveira served as a Corporate Vice President at Iochpe-Maxion S.A. from 2012 to 2014. Mr. de Oliveira served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ford Brasil Ltda. Mr. de Oliveira served as the Chief Executive of Brazil and Mercosur Region for Ford Motor Co. He served as the President of Brazilian Unit of Ford Motor Co., since November 2006. He served as President of Ford Brasil Ltda. until June 2012. He managed Ford Mercosul which covers markets in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.
