Samuel Filipe Pelicano E Telhado
Graduated from the University of São Paulo (2005), with an MSc in Agronomy from the University of São Paulo (2008) with emphasis in Plant Engineering, Business Management Specialist (MBA Strategic Business Management - USP / ESALQ - 2016) (University of La Verne - California - USA) and in negotiation strategies and management of change (National School of Public Administration). He is a certified change management professional HCMBOK: HCMBOK® 3G Practitioner and HCMP® 3G Expert Professional (Human Change Management Professional) since 2017. Embrapa Employee - Brazilian Agricultural Research Company - Strategic Research and Development Management Analyst. He is currently Coordinator of Negotiation and Contracts at the Embrapa Business Secretariat - Brasília. He has worked at Embrapa Cassava and Fruticulture in several processes such as the organization and operation of a project office (model PSO), change management, application of Analytical Hierarchy Process in complex decisions (portfolios prioritization), management panels in sight, control of institutional agenda and strategic plans, performance management in PD & I, construction and extraction of Business Intelligence reports, elected member of the internal technical committee, elected from the local salary progress committee and member of the local committee of technological results.
