Biography

Graduated from the University of São Paulo (2005), with an MSc in Agronomy from the University of São Paulo (2008) with emphasis in Plant Engineering, Business Management Specialist (MBA Strategic Business Management - USP / ESALQ - 2016) (University of La Verne - California - USA) and in negotiation strategies and management of change (National School of Public Administration). He is a certified change management professional HCMBOK: HCMBOK® 3G Practitioner and HCMP® 3G Expert Professional (Human Change Management Professional) since 2017.
