Biography
Mr. Carlos Alberto Bezerra de Moura had been Chief Financial Officer of Diagnosticos da America since 2009. Mr. De Moura has been Officer of Financial Control, Retail Business for Unibanco-União de Bancos Brasileiros SA (formerly, Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A.) since 2005. He is responsible for the financial control of the retail business of Unibanco. He served as an Officer of Unibanco Holdings S.A. He acted in several areas of Delloite: external audit; planning and control; associations and "join-ventures" formations; projects and financial products/services developing; and general management of companies. He also acted on senior management in the financial groups of Itau Unibanco and Bozano Simonsen. He began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte & Touche, and acted in several business segments. In 1997, he joined Banco Bozano, Simonsen where he participated of the structuring of financial controls of the consumer finance area. Since 2000, he served as an Officer of the financial portal Investshop.com, owned by Bozano Group. Acting as planning officer and, afterward, operations, finances and administration officer, Mr. De Moura contributed to the integration of back offices of both companies. Since 2001, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the financial portal Investshop.com. Since 2002, he served as Unibanco's operational and financial officer of Banco1.net and Investshop.com. In 2004, he assumed the general management of Investshop Corretora and of Banco1.net. He serves as a Director of Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco). He serves as Director of Itau Unibanco S.A. Mr. De Moura holds a Degree in Accounting Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro), with specialization in Financial Administration by Getulio Vargas Foundation (Fundao Getlio Vargas) and MBA in Administration by Dom Cabral Foundation (Fundao Dom Cabral) in association with Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University).
