Biography

Mr. Carlos Henrique Zanvettor served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of Executive Board of Contax Participacoes S.A. until August 27th 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations Officer. Mr. Zanvettor served as the Chief Commercial Officer and Member of Executive Board at Redecard S.A. Mr. Zanvettor served as an Officer incumbent of Leasing Activities of Unibanco-Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. since August 1, 2007. Mr. Zanvettor served as Investor Relations Director of Dibens Leasing-Arrendamento Mercantil. He served as Officer of Unibanco Holdings S.A. He served as an Officer of Technology, Information Unit at Unibanco-Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. (Unibanco). He worked at Itaú Unibanco from 1998 to 2011. He joined Unibanco in 1998 and was appointed as one of the Officers in 2002. Prior to Unibanco, he served for ten years at Andersen Consulting/Accenture, including two years based in its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, focusing his consultancy career in key players from Retail business segment, Consumer Finance and Insurance, and Consumer Goods industries in Brazil and USA. He served as General Manager of Unibanco Union Of Brazilian Banks SA's Credit Card Business Unit (Unicard Unibanco). He serves as a Director of Unibanco-Uniao de Bancos Brasileiros S.A. He served as Director of Itau Unibanco S.A. since 2003. From 2011 to 2012, he was a director of Redecard. He has a degree in electrical engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá (1988) and concluded the Executive Development Program at Kellog Graduate School of Management - Northwestern University in 1995 and a Senior Management Program in Banking at the Swiss Finance Institute in 2011.
