Biography
Elson Teles has over twenty years of experience in the financial markets doing analysis and macroeconomic research at investment banks, brokers and asset managers. He is an expert in inflation analysis, estimates and forecasts for price indexes and economic activity indicators. He was responsible for several awards in the Brazilian Central Bank’s Top 5 Rankings of the best forecasters. Mr. Teles holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from UFF, and postgraduate degrees in Finance (FGV) and Conjuncture Analysis (UFRJ).
