Biography
Luka Barbosa joined Itaú´s macro team in February 2010, having previously worked at LLA Investimentos. At Itaú, Luka spent the last two years responsible for the coverage and forecasting of fiscal policy in Brazil. He is also part of the Macro Research sell-side team, writing regular reports and participating in meetings and conference calls with clients. Previously, he analyzed Brazilian economic activity trends and also had an experience in macro analysis and forecasts of Colombia and Peru. Luka has an Economics degree from PUC and a master’s degree in Economics from Insper.
