Biography
Mr. Alfredo Egydio Arruda Villela Filho has served as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Itautec SA Grupo Itautec since 2010. Prior to that, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company till 2010. Currently, he is also Member of the Board of Itautec SA, Itausa - Investimentos Itau SA, Banco Itau Holding Financeira SA, Duratex SA and Elekeiroz SA. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Maua de Tecnologia in 1992, with a post graduate degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV).
