Mr. Guilherme Tadeu Pereira Jr. has served as the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Administrative Officer, and a Member of the Executive Board of Itautec SA Grupo Itautec since April 24, 2012 and as its Investor Relations Officer since April 24, 2013. He was Controlling Director within the Company between June 2010 and March 2012. At Heidrick & Struggles do Brasil Ltda, he served as Financial Director for Latin America between January 2008 and June 2010. Moreover, he acted as Regional Controller of Philips da Amazonia Ltda for Latin America from 2006 to 2008, Operations Controller from 2004 to 2005 and Panama's subsidiary Controller in 2004, as well as Latin America Assistant Controller from 2002 to 2003. He graduated in Public Administration from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina and has a specialization in Business from Academia Philips de Executivos - Eidhoven, the Netherldands.
