Biography
Mr. Henri Penchas has served as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board and a Member of the Board of Directors of Itautec SA Grupo Itautec since April 24, 2013. He chaired Duratex from 2009 to 2013 and in April 2013 he was elected Member of its Board of Directors. He has been at Itau Unibanco as Member of the Board of Directors since 1997 and was acted as its Senior Vice President until 2008. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Mackenzie in 1968, and holds a post-graduate degree in Finance from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV).
