Biography

Mr. Reinaldo Rubbi has served as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Itautec SA Grupo Itautec since July 2, 2012. Within the Company, he has been Coordinator of Strategy Committee since March 2012. Since 1993, he has been Member of the Board of Elekeiroz. At Associaccao Brasileira da Industria Quimica – ABIQUIM, he has been Member of the Management Board from May 1997 to March 2012. At Fundacao Itausa Industrial, he acted as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager from April 2012 and Chairman of the Deliberative Council from April 2010 to April 2012, as well as Chairman of the Fiscal Board between April 2006 and April 2010. He was Executive Officer at TCI Trading SA from August 2009 to April 2012 and Executive Vice President from November 2006 to April 2009. Moreover, he has acted as Member of the Board of Directors of Itausa Empreendimentos SA since April 2012 and Executive Officer between October 2010 and April 2012, its Vice Chairman from April 2006 to October 2010 and Deputy Director from April 2002 to April 2006. He has also held a number of posts in other companies. He gained a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP) in 1971 and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) in 1975.
