Biography
Mr. Ricardo Egydio Setubal has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Itautec SA Grupo Itautec since February 2010. Within the Company, he has been Member of the Disclosure Committee and Audit and Management of Risk Committee since September 2010. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since April 1999. Between April 1999 and January 2010, he also acted as Member of the Executive Board of the Company and Chief Financial Officer. He is Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of Itausa - Investimentos Itau SA and Member of the Board of Directors of Elekeiroz SA. He graduated in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) in 1984 and a degree in Law from Universidade de Sao Paulo in 1988, completing a PMD specialization qualification from Harvard University in 1995.
