Biography

Mr. Rodolfo Villela Marino has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Itautec SA Grupo Itautec since April 2008. Within the Company, he has also been Member of the Strategy Committee and Audit and Management Risk Committee since September 2010. At Banco Itau SA, he has acted as Controllership Supervisor. He serves as Consultant to the World Bank, General Coordinator of Studies and Evaluation at the Office for Extended Education, Literacy and Diversity of the Ministry of Education, Project Manager at the Office for Evaluation of Social Programs of the Ministry of Social Assistance, Sector and Company Analyst at Unibanco Asset Management. He obtained a degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV) in June 1998, a Master's in Development Studies and Economics and Philosophy from London School of Economics and Political Science in September 2001. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Public Administration and Government.
