Ample experience in industrial processes, with experience of more than 40 years in the pharmaceutical industry, being 20 years as Industrial Director; Solid knowledge in Administration of Industrial Production, Control and Quality Assurance, Regulatory Matters, Product Development (Pharmaceutical), PCP, Expedition, Warehouse, Industrial Engineering, Patrimonial Maintenance, Environment, Water Treatment, ETA-ETE; Driving in the implementation of the industrial management system and software upgrade (Bpcs), Trakys, MaxDoc, SOP and SGP, Pharmacin Evolution; Coordination of the implantation of practices of Lean Manufacturing (focus in control of expense, reduction of costs, lean production and OEE); Experience in expansion and implantation in new industrial plants, involving process management and qualification with the National Sanitary Surveillance Agency (ANVISA); Strong performance in the management of quality systems with direct participation in the certifications of the companies by Sanitary Bodies; Ability to engage teams in challenging situations and find solutions in times of crisis; Ability to lead technical and operational teams as well as managers; Multidisciplinary management, aiming at improvements in quality systems and organizational well-being.
