Eduardo De Toledo

Biography

Mr. Eduardo de Toledo has been Chief Financial Officer at Klabin S.A. since January 31, 2017 and its Investor Relations Officer since February 21, 2017 also served as its Investor Relations Director since January 31, 2017 until February 21, 2017. Mr. de Toledo served as Supply Chain Officer of Klabin S.A. since September 27, 2015 until January 31, 2017 and serves as its Member of Executive Board. Mr. de Toledo has been the Chief Operating Officer of Ultracargos since 2003. He serves as an Executive President of the Board of Directors of Biopalma da Amazônia S.A. With over 20 years of experience, Eduardo has worked in large companies, including MSP Group, OdontoPrev and Ultra Group. He served as an Executive Officer of Ultracargo at Ultrapar Participações S.A. since April 2005. He joined Ultrapar Holdings in 1987 at Ultrapar controlling area. He was responsible for the treasury department between 1990 and 1996. From 1996 to 2003, he has held the position of Administrative and Controlling Officer at Oxiteno. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Odontoprev from 2006 to 2009. He served as a Director of Rio Novo Gold Inc. since June 30, 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Odontoprev S.A. since May 2006. He serves as Independent Effective Member of The Board of Directors at Omega Geração S.A. He served as a Director of Farmasa from 2006 to 2008 and Rio Novo Gold Inc. from November 11, 2010 to November 10, 2015. He taught, for 4 years, the subject of Introduction to Accounting and Expense (Introduo Contabilidade e Custos) at Fundao Carlos Alberto Vanzolini - Universidade de So Paulo. Mr. de Toledo received a Degree in the International Executive Program at INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, France in 1995. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering (Escola Politcnica da Universidade de So Paulo) and Economics (Faculdade de Economia e Administrao da Universidade de So Paulo). Mr. de Toledo holds graduate in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of Sao Paulo (USP) and a Graduate in Economics from USP's Economics and Administration Faculty. He took an MBA at the International Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD), in Fontainebleau, France. He holds a Degree in Law, obtained from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and a Master in Law obtained in 2001, from Columbia University School of Law.
