Mr. Enrique Cueto Plaza serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Holdco II S.A. Mr. Cueto Plaza has been the Chief Executive Officer of LATAM Airlines Group since June 2012. From 1983 to 1993, Mr. Cueto Plaza served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fast Air. He has in-depth knowledge of passenger and cargo Airline management, both in commercial and operational aspects, that he gained during his eighteen years in the airline industry. He serves as a Director of Virtualia S.A., and First Financial S.A. From 1993 to 1994. Mr. Cueto served as Director of Multiplus SA. Mr. Cueto Plaza served as a Director of LAN Airlines S.A. He serves as Member of the Board of Governors of International Air Transport Association. Mr. Cueto Plaza is also a member of the Cueto Group (a group of major shareholders of LanChile).
