Biography
Mr. Emilio del Real Sota serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources of LATAM Airlines Group S.A. since August 2005. Between 2003 and 2005, he served as Human Resource Manager of DYS. Between 1997 and 2003 he held various positions in Unilever, including Human Resource Manager for Chile, Training and Recruitment Manager and Management Development Manager for Latin America.
