Biography
Mr. Juan Carlos Mencio serves as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs and Compliance of LATAM Airlines Group S.A. since September 1, 2014. Previously, he served as General Counsel for North America for LATAM Airlines Group and its related companies, as well as General Counsel for its cargo operations around the world, both from 1998. Prior to joining LAN, was in private practice in New York and Florida representing several international airlines. He holds a Bachelors degree in International Finance and Marketing from Business School, University of Miami, and a degree of Juris Doctor from Loyola University.
