Biography

Mr. Eduardo Campozana Gouveia has been the Chief Executive Officer at Cielo S.A. since January 2017. Mr. Gouveia has been the President of Companhia Brasileira de Soluções e Serviços S.A. since August 2013. Mr. Gouveia has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of Investor Relations for Multiplus Fidelidade at TAM S.A. since May 2010. Mr. Gouveia served as President at Multiplus SA and served as its Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investor Relation Executive until August 30, 2013. Mr. Gouveia served as Investor Relations Officer of Multiplus SA. He served as Executive Officer of Cielo SA (Companhia Brasileira De Meios De Pagamento) since August 2006. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Cielo for last four years. Mr. Gouveia served as the Vice President of Marketing and for special business units at Wal-Mart. Mr. Gouveia was also financial services and marketing officer at Grupo Bompreço and responsible for general management at Hipercard – Administradora de Cartões. He has experience in companies such as Bompreco, Hipercard and Banorte. Mr. Gouveia holds a degree in Accounting from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, an MBA in Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and completed a specialization course in Finance at IBMEC. He graduated in Computer Science from the Pernambuco Federal University and in Business Administration from FESP-UPE.
