Naouel Zouaghi

Biography

Naouel Zouaghi is mAbxience Marketing and Public Affairs Director. She brings to mAbxience a vast experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Naouel is a motivating leader, delivering clear and direct messages, and always ready to overcome new challenges. Naouel started her career in the pharmaceutical industry as District Sales Manager to later become Sales Responsible in Sanofi Aventis, where she led many retail sales negotiations with a wide portfolio of products. She introduced many pioneer ideas, improving the company’s outcomes. She later spent 5 years in Roche Pharma Spain, where her responsibility was to lead the marketing of hematology products, achieving great success with launches, new campaigns and sales, which got her to be positioned among the top professional profiles. Thanks to this, she was part of the international team responsible for the global strategy. In 2014 Naouel joined mAbxience to build the marketing department in order to work on the company’s positioning, support partners with launch strategy and create a solid product and brand image. She also leads the communication area of the organization as well as funding and grants submissions. Following the fast growth of the company and her ability to connect with people, in 2015 she took the responsibility of managing mAbxience’s institutional relations to help broaden horizons. As a result, she became member of BioSim’s (Spanish Biosimilars Association) Board of Directors. Naouel holds a Biology degree from El Manar University (Tunisia), an MBA from IE Business School (Spain), an MBA Pharma Business from Ephos (Spain) as well as a Master in Digital Marketing from ISDI (Spain).
