Biography
Mr. Roberto Faldini has been an Independent Director of Marfrig Global Foods S.A. since April 2013. Mr. Faldini is co-founder of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa), was President of CVM in 1992 and a member on the Board of Directors and other management commissions of several companies. In April 2013, he became a member of Banco BMG SA’s Board of Directors. He has got a degree in Business Administration from EAESP - FGV (1972). He is specialized in Advanced Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and INSEAD in 1991, in Entrepreneurship from Babson College - Boston in 2004 and in Corporate Governance from the International Finance Corporation in 2009 and 2011.
