Biography
Mr. Eduardo Pocetti is Contador, holds an MBA in Business Administration from FGV and currently is President of IBRACON - Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil. Partner of KPMG Auditores Independentes and with 30 years of experience in auditing companies, from 2004 to 2011, he was President of BDO Auditores Independentes, where he represented the name of BDO Brasil for all member firms of the international BDO network. He has extensive experience in finance, accounting, independent auditing, economic and financial planning and coordination of the level of management and management in several large companies, national and multinational in the industrial and financial sector. Partner-leader of several transactions of IPOs and special projects of corporate finance for buying and selling of companies.
