Roberto Faldini

Biography

 Mr. Roberto Faldini has a degree in business administration from EAESP - FGV, specializing in Advanced Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and from INSEAD - Fontainebleau, specialization in Entrepreneurship from Babson College - Boston and specialization in Corporate Governance Board Leadership - TOT (Training of Trainers) by IFC and IBGC. He was a co-founder of IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), a Brazilian entity dedicated to the promotion of Corporate Governance in Brazil and an associate member of the IBEF (Brazilian Institute of Financial Executives), an autarchy to promote the professional and social relationship of finance professionals. He was executive director, shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of Metal Leve SA, a company that produces automotive components, having held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer from 1980 to 1992 and was a member of the Board of Directors from 1993 to 1996. He was President of the CVM in 1992. He was Coordinator in São Paulo of the Family Business Center - PDA, Dom Cabral Foundation. In the course of his career, he was a member of the Board of Directors or Consultative of several companies, among them: a) Bovespa - São Paulo Stock Exchange; b) CPFL - Companhia Paulista de Força e Luz SA; c) KlickNet SA; d) Inpar SA e; e) Sadia SA / BRF SA It is arbiter of the Market Arbitration Chamber - CAM of BM & FBOVESPA, member of the Content Development Council of FBN - Family Business Network in Brazil and participates in Corporate and Business Governance committees of Amcham - SP. He is currently a Statutory Member of the Board of Directors of the following companies: a) VULCABRAS | AZALEIA SA (since 2011); b) Banco BMG SA (since 2013); c) Everest Hotels Group (since 2013); d) Metalúrgica Golin SA since April 2016; and e) non-statutory, of EMIBRA Indústria de Embalagens Gráficas Ltda. (since 2008).
