Biography
Mr. Roberto Perozzi has a degree in Business Administration from the School of Business Administration - ESAN (Centro Universitário FEI) (1986), with an MBA - Executive from the University of São Paulo / USP (1993) and PDC - Advisers at Fundação Dom Cabral (2011). Professional career developed in the areas of Administration, Finance and General Management with wide experience being the last 19 in Management positions, in national and multinational companies of medium and large size, with experience in restructuring, acquisitions, sale, joint-venture and merging between companies national and multinational companies. Coordination of the recomposition of the valuation bases for the sale of the logistics activity by the Philips Group to the Danzas Group of Switzerland, acting as Interim Controller. He worked as a CFO at Swatch Group do Brasil Ltda. (Swiss Group from 1999 to 2000), CFO at Daruma Telecomunicações e Informática SA (Urmet Group - Italy from 2003 to 2008). Mr. Perozzi was a Fiscal Council member of the public company Lupatech SA from 2014 until 2015.
