Mr. Adalberto Pereira dos Santos serves as Chief Financial and Member of the Board of Executive Officers at Marisa Lojas S.A.He has been the Investor Relations Officer at Marisa Lojas S.A since March 31, 2016. Mr. dos Santos served as the Chief Financial & Administration Officer and Investor Relations Officer of Lojas Renner SA since 2010 until October 2013. From 1993 to 1995, he served as Financial and Administrative Manager at Grupo Ancar. From 1995 to 2010, he worked at Grupo Brasal where he joined as Finance Manager and worked his way up, leaving the Group as the Chief Corporate and Financial Officer. He began his career in 1982 as a College Professor and Economic Analyst where he acted until 1993. Mr. dos Santos graduated in economics from PUC Goiás and holds an Executive MBA in finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais - IBMEC, with extension courses at Harvard and the London Business School.
