Mr. Marcelo Pereira Malta de Araújo has been Chief Executive Officer of Member of Board of Executive Officers of Marisa Lojas S.A. since June 8, 2016 and its Chief Sales Officer since February 9, 2017. Mr. de Araujo serves as President of the Administration Council of São Paulo Alpargatas S.A. and Santista Têxtil S.A. He was the Chief Executive Officer at CSN. From 2008 to May 2016, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Grupo Libra, a private group focused on infrastructure. He was Commercial Officer and Vice-President at Natura from 1993 to 2003. Mr. de Araújo served as Division President of Footwear Textiles & Steel Division at Camargo Correa S.A. He served 10 years at Shell Brasil S/A (Oil), in the areas of systems, operations and logistics, sales, marketing, planning and engineering, 10 years at Natura, of which he served as Commercial Manager and Vice-President of Innovation and Business Development.
