Biography
Mr. Antônio Vilela De Queiroz has been the Owner of Expresso Barretos Ltd. since 1976 and of Agropecuária Vilela de Queiroz since 1967 and also develops agricultural and cattle raising business activities. Mr. Queiroz became a Partner of Minerva Luxembourg S.A. in 1992 and served as General Officer from 1992 to May 2, 2007. He began his career at Expresso Barretos Ltda in 1966 and became a Partner and Officer in 1972. He started working in the agribusiness industry in 1976, when he established Agropecuária Vilela de Queiroz Ltda., followed by Agropecuária Corumbiara S.A. and Agropecuária Pimenta Bueno S.A., companies which he established in 1982 and 1983, respectively. He serves as the Vice Chairman of Minerva S.A. and has been its Director since May 2, 2007. He serves as Vice President of Board of Directors at Minerva Luxembourg S.A. and also has been its Director since 2007.
