Mr. de Garcia Lazcano serves as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Investor Relations Director at Centennial Asset Participações Açu S.A. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer of LLX Guilherme de Figueiredo Forbes. and Porto do Açu Operações S.A. Mr. de Garcia Lazcano served as the Chief Executive Officer of EBX logistics offshoot LLX. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, Investor Relations Officer and Member of Executive Board at Prumo Logística Global since August 1, 2009 and served as its President. Mr. de Garcia Lazcano served as the Chief Executive Officer, Investor Relations Officer and Member of Executive Board at PortX Operacoes Portuárias S.A. Mr. de Garcia Lazcano has been a Chief Financial Officer of EBX Ltd. since August 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) from April 2002 to May 2009 and under his leadership the areas of Accounting, Capital Budgeting, Controls, Treasury, Credit Analysis, Investment Analysis, Insurance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations. Prior to joining CSN in 1996, Mr. de Garcia Lazcano worked at Aracruz. He holds an MBA in Economics from Fundação Dom Cabral.
