Biography

Mr. Stephen Gant, also known as Steve, serves as Managing Director of International Markets at Modulo Security Solutions S.A and Modulo Security, LLC. Mr. Gant serves as Vice President and Managing Director of Modulo's International Operations. He serves as Advisor at Digital Stakeout, a social media monitoring company. Mr. Gant served as Managing Director of North America at Modulo Security Solutions S.A. since May 8, 2013. Mr. Gant co-founded vmSight in 2007 and serves as its Executive Chairman. He served as Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Business Development at Liquidware Labs, Inc. Mr. Gant has been Advisor of Trusted Network Technologies, Inc. since May 2006. Mr. Gant serves as Vice President of Business Development and International at Vonage Business Solutions, Inc. Mr. Gant is responsible for expanding Vocalocity services and market penetration through strategic partnerships with technology vendors, service providers and international businesses. He is a start up veteran and entrepreneur, with over 20 years of successful international business development and start up expertise in the communications, information security and virtualization space. He served as Vice President of Alliances at Liquidware Labs, Inc. He founded Trusted Network Technologies, Inc. in 2002 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until April 2006. He served as Vice President of Business Development and Solutions Management for Internet Security Systems, (ISS) Inc. He served as Vice President of Product Management at ISS. He was responsible for leading ISS’ product strategy, business development, product management and partner alliance programs. Mr. Gant served as Vice President of Consulting and Education (worldwide) and Director of Latin American Operations for ISS. Prior to ISS, he managed the Uplink Signal Processing division of Galaxy Latin America for General Instrument (GI-MCS). He worked extensively with Galaxy DirecTV Latin America and DirecTV Japan while working as an international account executive for General Instrument-MCS. As a Captain and Officer in the United States Marine Corps, he managed a sensitive special intelligence program under the direct supervision of the U.S. Ambassador in Colombia where he received commendations from the U.S. and Colombian governments. With over 12 years of experience in information security, Mr. Gant is an expert on national security matters. In addition, he has worked extensively with law enforcement and intelligence organizations such as the FBI, DEA and CIA. He serves as the Executive Chairman of vmSight. He serves as the Chairman of Trusted Network Technologies, Inc. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Easy Solutions Inc. since March 2014. He serves as a Director at Digital Stakeout. He serves as Director and Advisor of Spark Ventures, a non-profit dedicated to sustainable solutions lifting children out of poverty. Mr. Gant holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Auburn University.
