Mr. Humberto Ramos de Freitas has been an Executive Director of Logistics & Mineral Exploration at Vale Inco Nouvelle-Calédonie S.A.S. since November 2011. Mr. de Freitas has been an Executive Director of Logistics and Mineral Exploration at Vale Canada Limited since November 2011 and Vale Japan Limited since November 2011. He serves as the Head of the Vale Technological Institute and Valia. Mr. de Freitas served as an Executive Officer Logistics and Mineral Research at Vale S.A. since November 2011 until June 14, 2017. He headed several other Vale departments, such as Logistics Operations, Ports and Shipping, Port and Shipping Operations and the Port Logistics Operations Department. Mr. de Freitas served as Executive Director of Logistics and Mineral Research at Vale S.A. since November 2011. He served as an Executive Officer of Logistics and Mineral Research at Vale S.A. since November 2011 until July 31, 2015 and served as its Executive Director of Logistics and Mineral Research/Chief Logistic Operations Officer since November 2011 until July 31, 2015.
