Mr. Marco Aurélio de Vasconcelos Cançado founded MAVC, a financial investment and consulting company in 2007. Mr. de Vasconcelos Cançado served as the President of the National Association of Investment Banks - ANBID from 1992 to 1994. He began his career at IBRASA (today's BNDESPAR) in 1975. From August 1980 to June 2007, he has worked in the financial market holding executive positions for the following banks: Banco do Brasil, Inter-Atlântico, BMG and Mercantil do Brasil. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial and capitals markets. He has been an Independent Director of MRV Engenharia e Participações s.a. since October 27, 2008. He served as a member of the board of directors for IBMEC, Cetip, CIP, CNF and Acesita. He holds a graduate degree in Business Administration and pursued specialized courses in the area of Financial Administration.
