Biography

Mr. Rubens Menin Teixeira de Souza is founder of MRV Engenharia e Participações s.a. and has been its Chairman May 21, 2007. Mr. de Souza is a Founding Partner of the MRV group and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is also a Founding Partner of Intermedium and has been Chairman of its board of directors since it was established in 1994. He is a founding partner of the MRV group and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. de Souza served as a Member of Executive Board at MRV Engenharia e Participações s.a. He has over 35 years of experience in real estate development and construction to AHS Development Group and is a founding member and Chairman to several other significant and successful development groups and companies. He served as Chief Executive Officer of MRV Engenharia e Participações s.a. since May 22, 2007. He serves as the Chairman of AHS Development Group LLC. He has been Chairman of the Board at LOG Commercial Properties e Participações S.A. since April 30, 2015. Mr. de Souza has been a Director at MRV Engenharia e Participações s.a. since June 01, 2006. He holds a degree in civil engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, where he graduated in 1978.
