Biography
Agenor Leão de Almeida Junior is Natura’s Digital Technology Vice-President. He joined the Company in June 2012. He graduated in Data Processing at Universidade Federal da Bahia; he also has an MBA in Management by Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), as well as Post-graduation work in People Strategic Management at Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade of the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP). He is also PHD from the IESE Business School, at Navarra University. Agenor worked for 13 years for Vivo, leading large projects, such as the corporation technologic integration that originated that telephone company.
