Biography
Agenor Leão holds a bachelor's degree in Data Processing from the Federal University of Bahia. Mr. Leão has an MBA degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and has a PMD from IESE Business School. His carrer of over 20 years has been developed in management positions within Information Technology, 15 years of which in Telecom companies, including VIVO, where he lead important innovation projects. Agenor joined Natura in 2012 and currently occupies the position of Vice President Technology and Digital Business. He has led Natura’s digital transformation, being responsible for areas like digital technology, digital innovation, BI, big data, e-commerce and digital marketing.
