Biography

Gilberto Mifano is a bachelor in business administration by the FGV-SP school of business administration. From 1994 to 2008, he was the CEO for BOVESPA – São Paulo Stock Exchange, and from 2008 to 2009, he was the Chairman of the board of administration of BM&FBOVESPA – Bolsa de Valores Mercadorias e Futuros S/A. Since 2009, he is an independent advisor for Cielo S/A, a consultant of Natura S/A's auditing, risk management and finance committee, and a member of Pragma Equity Ltda.'s advisory board. Since 2012, he is an external and independent advisor for TOTVS S/A and a member of the sustainability committee of the Banco Santander Brasil. In addition, he is a deliberative advisor for RAPS – Rede de Ação Política pela Sustentabilidade, and a tax advisor for the Instituto Natura, for the CIEB – Centro de Inovação para a Educação Brasileira, and for the Amigos da Poli endowment. He is a former chairman of the board of advisors of IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, an advisor for SEB Educacional S/A, Isolux Infraestrutura S/A, and Baterias Moura S/A. In the international market, for approximately 8 years, he was a member and vice-president of the executive committee of WFE – World Federation of Exchanges, and of FIAB – Federación Latino American de Bolsas.
