Biography
Robert Chatwin is Natura’s Vice-President International, responsible for the internationalization of the Natura brand, and more recently became Chief Transformation Officer, whose challenge is identify and develop synergies across each business unit. He is also Chairman of the Aesop Board. Robert is an Economist and holds an MBA (Dean’s list) from IMD in Switzerland. He is also a UK Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). Before joining Natura in July 2010, he held different positions at Royal Philips Electronics, such as global CEO for Philips AVENT, Vice-President of Mergers and Acquisitions, Head of Strategy and New Business Development for the Consumer division based in Amsterdam and for Philips LATAM in São Paulo, Brazil. He also worked as Investment Banker, focused on M&A execution, at HSBC Investment Bank in London, and at KPMG Corporate Finance in London and Brazil.
