Biography

Mr. Martin Roberto Glogowsky has been the Chief Executive Officer of Fundao CESP since May 2005. Mr. Glogowsky serves as Chief Executive Officer at Bonaire Participacoes S.A. Mr. Glogowsky served as an Investments and Assets Director of Fundao CESP from 1999 to 2005. He served at Banco BBA Creditanstaltd from 1997 to 1998 and Banco Schahin Cury S.A. in the capital market department from 1994 to 1997. He served as Vice President at Citibank from 1977 to 1994. He serves as the Chairman of Fundao CESP. He serves as President of The Board of Director at Bonaire Participacoes S.A. He has been the Chairman of the Statutory Auditors Board and Member of The Statutory Auditors Board of Net Serviços de Comunicação S.A. since July 12, 2005. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bonaire Participaes, Paulista, Piratininga and CPFL Gerao. He served as a Member of Fiscal Council at CPFL Energia S.A. and served as its a Director since 2013. He served as a Director of CPFL Energia S.A. He served as a Member of The Fiscal Council at CPFL Energias Renováveis S.A. since April 27, 2015 until April 27, 2016. Mr. Glogowsky served as a Director of Companhia Piratininga De Forca E Luz. He served as a Director of CPFL Energia S.A.(Cpfl Energy Inc.) from 2002 to 2003 and again since 2005. He served as a Member of the Fiscal Council of the companies of the CPFL Group, including CPFL Geracao de Energia S/A since April 2011. He served as a Member of the Deliberative Council and a Member of the National Technical Commission for Investments of the Brazilian Association of Closed Pension Fund Entities - ABRAPP, the Advisory Committee of SELIC, the Securities Committee of the National Association of Open Market Institutions - ANDIMA and the Private Fixed Income Commission of BOVESPA. He is a Certified Associate and Member of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council of Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC), where he was a Member of its National Investments Technical Commission and is a Member of its Board of Directors Commission. He serves as a Member of Management Processes Committee at CPFL Geração de Energia S.A. Mr. Glogowsky holds a B.A. degree in Law from the Catholic University of So Paulo in 1979 and received a Masters degree in Business Administration from Fundao Getlio Vargas in 1976.
