Biography

Mr. Marcio Kumruian is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2000, primarily and is responsible for leading Netshoes into becoming a leading sports and lifestyle online retailer in Latin America. Mr. Kumruian also served on the boards of directors of Modnet until August 2016, and Netfarma until January 2016. Mr. Kumruian holds a degree in Economics from Mackenzie University. In 2013, Mr. Kumruian was awarded Entrepreneur of the year in the category of Technology by IstoÉ Dinheiro, a leading Brazilian business and economic magazine. In March 2013, Mr. Kumruian was named a finalist in the master category for the Entrepreneur of the Year award by Ernst & Young Terco.
