Sérgio Eraldo De Salles Pinto

Biography

Mr. Sérgio Eraldo de Salles Pinto has been an Executive Manager of Cia. Bozano and of Bozano Holdings since 2000 and is responsible for the administration of the companies’ funds through several financial instruments. Mr. de Salles Pinto has been the Chief Executive Officer at Bozano Investimentos since 2011. He served as a Metropolitan Distribution Officer of Companhia de Saneamento Basico do Estado de Sao Paulo since November 2002. From 1988 to 2000, he worked at several companies of Banco Bozano, Simonsen S.A. Since 2012, he has been the Chairman of Mercatto Asset Management and Netpoints and a Board Member at BR Investimentos and Trapezus Asset Management. He has been Vice Chairman of Ouro Preto Óleo e Gás S.A since October 26, 2016 and serves as its Director. He serves as Vice Chairman of Embraer S.A., and has been its Director since April 2009. He has been a Director of Azul Linhas Aéreas since 2008, Embraer SA since April 2009 and Votorantim Participações S.A. since January 2016. He has been an Independent Director at Azul S.A. since March 10, 2008. He serves as a Director of Votorantim S.A. and Netpoints Fidelidade S.A. Mr. de Salles Pinto earned Undergraduate Degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering from the Center of Unified Teaching of Brasília (CEUB) and the University of Brasília (UnB), respectively. He holds a Master degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - Rio de Janeiro (EPGE) and a Master degree in Administration from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro
